2026 Year of Open Ritual

In 2026, DragonOak opens its circle wider than ever before. This will be our Year of Open Ritual – a full turning of the Wheel shared in community, with the doors unlatched, the kettle on, and the path lit for any who feel the tug of magic, mystery, and belonging.
Across the seasons we will gather, celebrating each festival in its time: planting hopes, tending flame, honouring the green breath of the land, and weaving the old stories back into our modern lives. Whether you are a long-time practitioner, a quiet solitary, or simply curious, you are welcome at our fire. Come as you are; bring your wonder, your questions, your laughter, your grief. There is room for all of it here.
Our first step on this shared journey will be the Yule Festival on the 20th of December. At the darkest point of the year we will kindle light together, mark the sun’s return, and call in a season of renewal and joy. May this gathering set the tone for the year ahead: open-hearted, rooted in the land, and rich with community.
Join us for a year of shared magic.

Imbolc Ritual
✨ Imbolc at DragonOak — A Day of Light Returning ✨
As the first stirrings of spring whisper beneath the frost, we invite you to join us for our next festival in the Year of Open Ritual: Imbolc.
Imbolc is the festival of kindling—of sparks in the dark, of creativity waking, of Brigid’s bright blessing on hearth, hand, and heart. To honour this turning, we’re opening our doors for a full day of community, craft, and celebration.
🕯️ Candlemaking Workshop
Spend the day learning the sacred craft of making candles by hand. We will shape light from raw materials, infusing each taper with intention, blessing, and the quiet hope that grows at this time of year.
🍲 Shared Lunch
At midday we gather for a warm lunch together—an easy, companionable pause where stories are exchanged, friendships are kindled, and the simple magic of community takes root.
🌙 Evening Imbolc Ritual
As dusk settles, we step into ceremony. Together we light the candles we have made, call on the returning light, and honour Brigid’s presence as midwife of spring.
Whether this is your first ritual or your hundredth, you are welcome here. Come craft with us, feast with us, and stand in the circle as the year begins to stir once more.
Join us as we greet the light.
