Welcome to our pagan journal The Dark Half, where the mystical meets the scholarly, inviting you on a journey through the realms of ancient wisdom and contemporary exploration.

The Dark Half will be published on June 22nd 2024.

Each 1500-word article should be a portal to understanding, inviting the reader to delve into the rich tapestry of our shared spiritual heritage. Academic research should be properly referenced.
We will be running a competition for artists to draw the first cover artwork the title will be The Dark Half - doorways to the underworld - the closing date for this is the end of April 24

Articles - May 15th 2024
Articles should be around 1500 words and if scholarly articles should be referenced using the footnote reference system such as MHLA.
Artwork must be not previously published.
Artwork competition - Cover artwork to be considered for the first edition must be themed around the festivals or subjects around the Dark Half of the year.
